How long will shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 10-12 days. This allows us to quality check, package and ship your order with care. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

If we have stock readily available, your order will be shipped out for next day delivery.

Due to the influx of orders on Black Friday, there may be slight delays. Rest assured, you will receive your hair before Christmas.

What courier will you use?

Royal Mail Special Delivery.

You will always receive a tracking number once your order has left us!

Refunds:

If you chose to return your wig for a refund, this must be agreed on with ZAWIGS. Please note, you cannot return the wig if you have worn it (even to try it on) as it is unhygienic. If you wish to return your wig, the postage back to us will be covered by the client.
